Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made both domestically (Germany) and within Europe.

Shipping costs (plus VAT)


Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of 6.90 € per order.

From an order value of 150,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

For the shipment of bulky goods (tables, tubs and cages) we charge shipping costs of 325 € within Germany. Free self-collection is also possible.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge shipping costs to foreign countries at a flat rate as follows:

EU countries: 16,00 €
Europe/Non-EU: on request
When sending bulky goods (tables, tubs and cages) abroad, we charge as follows:
410 € within the EU
460 € in the rest of Europe
For the shipment of several such items we charge an additional 80 € each. Free self-collection is also possible.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the goods are shipped.



Special arrangements for the offered payment methods

Payment by SOFORT / Sofortüberweisung
If you choose the payment method Sofort / Sofortüberweisung, the payment will be processed by the payment service provider Sofort GmbH (Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, Germany; "SOFORT"). Sofort GmbH is a company of the Klarna Group (Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden). Prerequisite for the use of the payment method by SOFORT is that you have an online banking account activated for this purpose. During the payment process in the context of the order you have to legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to SOFORT. Payment via Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ) (Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden; "Klarna") we offer the following payment options. In each case, payment is made to Klarna:

  • Direct debit ("Pay Now")
  • Credit card

The use of the payment methods invoice and / or installment purchase and / or direct debit requires a positive credit assessment. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.

Payment via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout"
If you select a payment method offered via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout", the payment will be processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449, Luxembourg; "PayPal"). The individual payment methods via "PayPal" are displayed to you under a correspondingly designated button on our Internet presence as well as in the online ordering process. For payment processing, "PayPal" may use other payment services; if special payment conditions apply, you will be informed of these separately.
